Art for Kids in San Diego

Now Enrolling in North Park/San Diego

Kids thrive when they make art. Exploring art improves self-esteem and social skills. Making art fosters creativity and helps children understand themselves and their world.

In Miss Marae’s classes, children are encouraged to explore art in a playful way that fuels their imagination. In each class, students will learn basic drawing principles, create themed art with instruction, along with opportunities to draw/paint a story and free form art exploration.

Throughout our six week session, students will play and experiment with colored pencils, pens, paints such as watercolor and acrylics, recycled materials, collage, paper and mixed media.
