It’s time to boogie and bond with your baby! Dancing with your baby can help stimulate their vestibular system (balance and coordination), develop a sense of rhythm and body awareness, promote bonding and happiness (happy hormones). For parents, dancing builds confidence, relieves stress, fight depression, strengthen the cardiovascular system and increase endurance. Dancing is fun!
