Music is extraordinary for children. Music engages and strengthens many areas of the brain. With active music participation or just by listening and observing, your child will reap the emotional, cognitive and developmental benefits from a weekly, early childhood music class.
With the help of her ukulele and even some puppet friends, Miss Marae will guide and encourage you to explore music with your child. In her early childhood music classes, you’ll explore original, playful songs, classic nursery rhymes, rhythm and movement possibilities with shakers, drums, scarves, parachute play and bubble catching!
Alison Marae brings two decades of teaching experience and program development in early childhood music and movement education to San Diego. She is also an international performer, songsmith and San Diego Music award nominee. You can find Hooray Miss Marae’s children’s music on all streaming music platforms.
